Shipping
The Everywoman magazine ships within Australia and internationally via Australia Post. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and sent via regular post. Australia Post will leave the item in a safe place unless specified otherwise.
For holiday gifting shipping cut off times for delivery within Australia, is Thursday 19th December. For those sending to WA and the NT, please place your order by Thursday 12th December.
For special delivery instructions, please include a note in your order or contact us at hello@everywomanmedia.com within 1 hour of placing your order, including your order number in the subject line.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after dispatch. Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon delivery. Delivery times: 2-5 working days within Australia and 2-15 working days internationally.
Returns and Refunds
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is deemed faulty or damaged. For any damaged or faulty items please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order to hello@everywomanmedia with your order number in the subject line.
Please provide images of the damaged goods and a description. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We will evaluate the return request and provide instructions on how to return the goods and organise an exchange replacement. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
